A huge congratulations to Michelle who completed her 100th session with runtofitness this week.

Michelle has made huge progress and is now fitter than she has ever been and keeps losing weight in a sustainable way. She has put in a lot of hard work and is really dedicated and has achieved her running PB of 10 minutes continuous running this week.

The rain managed to stay away (just!) which meant we had a great day meeting the lovely people of The Heatons!!

Congratulations to Muriel who was the competition winner of our main prize draw.

Congratulations to Sharon getting involved in the plank challenge! Our 5k beginner training plans went down very well too.
