My name is Alex Cody. I have worked as a fitness instructor and personal trainer across Manchester for 10 years and have decided to combine this with my love of running to set up Run to Fitness. I work with a wide range of clients, of all ages and abilities, helping them make positive changes to their lives, to look and feel better. I believe that anyone can run, and, more importantly, enjoy it.

I love running and know how hard it is to train on your own, stay motivated and balance life. I can offer you support and guidance. The feeling you get achieving your goal or crossing the finish line, knowing your training has paid off, is so worth it. Whether it’s your first pair of trainers or you’re a seasoned runner, we can find the best training plan for you.

When not working on my 10k time (my favourite distance) or pounding the streets of South Manchester, I enjoy looking after my young son, and watching my beloved team, Manchester United. I also work as a commercial model, so keep your eye out for me on television and in magazines.
